Exercise

I love to exercise, most of the time!  I know, I’m crazy, but I feel so good after doing it.  Of course, there are some times where I really have to motivate myself to get out there and do it.  I have to change my strength training routines every month or I get bored.  This section will include my posts about exercise.  Some of the things that interest me include yoga, strength training, walking and hiking, but who knows what could come along.  I may include the month’s new strength training routine.
